• Users must review and validate the grading results generated by our AI system.
• The AI-generated grades are not guaranteed to be accurate, and users should not rely on them without thorough review.

3. Subscription and Payment

• Users are required to pay for the Service upfront, as per the selected pack (e.g., Free, Professional, or Premium).
• All payments are non-refundable, and no cancellations will be processed once a subscription is active.
• Users will not be charged for changes or updates unless explicitly agreed upon.

4. Data Privacy and Retention

• We collect user email addresses, student essays, and names.
• Essays will be deleted from our system once the professor approves the grading results.
• We adhere to standard data protection practices but do not guarantee full protection. Please be cautious when uploading sensitive information.

5. AI and Accuracy

• The Service relies on AI technology to grade essays.
• We do not guarantee 100% accuracy in the grading process.
• Users are fully responsible for reviewing and validating the grades generated by the AI system.
• We are not liable for any errors or inaccuracies in the AI-generated results.

6. Changes to Terms

• Users will be notified of any changes, and continued use of the Service constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

• Our liability is limited to the amount paid by the user for the Service in the 12-month period preceding the claim.

9. Pack Upgrades and Downgrades

• If a user chooses to upgrade or downgrade their subscription between the PRO and PRE packs, they must adhere to the terms and conditions outlined on the respective purchase page within the SaaS platform.
• Users should review these rules carefully, as the terms may vary based on the chosen pack, and by making changes to their subscription, they agree to follow the new terms applicable to their updated plan.
